Arrange

Every window, exactly where it belongs.

Send the focused window to a grid cell with one shortcut, or open the grid picker and drag across cells. Gaps follow the macOS “Tiled windows have margins” setting, so Arrange fits in with native tiling.

  • Halves, thirds, quarters and a 3×2 grid
  • Click-and-drag grid picker with a landing preview
  • Per-display grids for multi-monitor desks
Stage Manager sets

All your sets, one glance away.

Arrange lists every Stage Manager set live, from the one on stage down the whole side strip, with each app’s icon. Click to switch, search by window or app, and tidy a set with one auto-arrange.

  • Add a window’s app to the set on stage
  • Move a window into a set of its own
  • Auto-arrange: Side by Side, Stacked, Grid and more
Sets overviewPro

Drag windows between sets.

Open the overview with ⌃⌥O to see every set as a tile. Drop a window onto another set to move it there, or onto “New Set” to give it room of its own.

  • Every set and window on one canvas
  • Drag and drop to regroup
  • Search across all sets
⌥Tab switcherPro

Like ⌘Tab, but for sets.

Hold ⌥ and tap Tab to step through your Stage Manager sets, release to switch. A quick tap jumps back to the last set, just like the app switcher you already know.

  • Recency order, not strip order
  • ⌥⇧Tab to go backwards, Esc to cancel
  • Jump straight to a set with ⌃⌥⇧1–9
Pin

Keep one window on top.

Pin a live mirror of any window above everything else: a call, a build log, a reference doc. Pick it in the macOS window picker; no Screen Recording permission required.

  • Adjustable opacity
  • Click-through when you need the window underneath
  • Hides itself while the source window is in front
Keyboard first

Everything is a shortcut away.

Every action has a default you can rebind, with a warning when another app already uses it.

Private by design.

Questions

Does Arrange need Stage Manager?

No. Arranging and pinning work everywhere. The sets features appear when Stage Manager is on; with it off, the menu lists your windows by app.

Why does it ask for Accessibility?

macOS only lets apps read and move other apps’ windows through Accessibility. It is the only permission Arrange asks for, and you can revoke it any time in System Settings.

Does pinning record my screen?

No. A pin is a live mirror of the one window you choose in the macOS picker. Nothing is recorded or saved, and no Screen Recording permission is needed.

Is Pro a subscription?

No. Pro is a one-time purchase, shared with your family through Family Sharing, and restorable on every Mac signed in to your Apple Account.

Which macOS versions are supported?

macOS 14 Sonoma and later, on Apple silicon and Intel Macs.
